I'm collecting recipes for a Spatini cookbook and invite all of you to share your recipes and participate in naming the

Spatini is the best thing that ever happened to spaghetti. It's my not-so-secret anymore secret ingredient. It also works wonders in many other dishes, such as lasagna, eggplant parmesan, chicken cacciatore,
and hundreds of others.
